Thought it was interesting on two or three occasions that Parsons kept mentioning accountability in reference to Spors. I may be reading into it too much, but it felt like there was some tension there. Maybe he and the board are frustrated we haven't recruited an AM yet, despite it being signed off without departures -
3 if we lose. Drew 0-0 with Man City GW36

Maddison won't be going, his ACL injury will keep him out for most of next season Levy may now firm up Spurs supposed interest in Tyler

I don't disagree, I just cannot see us spending that based on our spending habits in the last few windows. £15-20m has been our price range for buying in the Premier League, are they really going to spend that in the championship. Granted we were in a worse position financially in the summer of 2023, but our biggest outlay was on Charles (£10.5m)

I'd be very surprised if Fellows wasn't on our radar, he's absolutely what we need. The required fee may be a stumbling block though
-
You okay hun?
-
Cheer up Tyler, you're no Will Smallbone.

Everton sleep walking into another missed target.

Everton, Spurs, Man Utd, Liverpool + 1 German side Dortmund could be a wise move for Tyler

@LeG mentioned yesterday that the club are optimisic in getting a club record fee for Fernandes (currently £70m for VVD)

I was under the impression there was a gentleman's agreement with JWP, this is a completely different scenario.

Glad we're holding firm on fees again for our biggest assets. Certainly no 'fire sale' as Blackmore eluded to. £45m plus a sizeable sell on is good business with Robinson waiting in the wings as the next breakthrough prospect
-
Isn't MLG responsible for said ratings? Makes sense
-
Not entirely. If we go up, Ramsdale nails down the starting spot and has a good season, it gives us leverage to get a bigger fee in that case

Adam Blackmore tweeting that if we gain promotion this year, the buy option for Newcastle is void

There was always going to be significant interest in Fernandes and Dibling this summer. I'm quite relaxed about it, one of the few things that SR have got right is playing hard ball with departures and getting good fees Let's just hope if we do lose our best players we reinvest well and ultimately that will prove if Spors is good enough

Everton 😂 You couldn't hack it in London Tyler, let alone Liverpool...

Not if we can't shift ABK and Aribo. Larios is technically still our player too
