NY Saint - Where do you usually watch the games? I Normally go to the Red Lion on Bleecker street but keep meaning to try Nevada Smiths.

I think scarcity is an important factor for any stadium. Its better to have a 32k sell out than 38k in a 48 stadium. Better in terms of atmosphere and also economically as a higher demand/supply for tickets means they can charge more - obviously not good for fans but a better business model for the club than shelling out for an expensive development and then having to offer cheap tickets just to fill the extra capacity.
