For **** sake, this is like the 10th time I see someone comment on this situation. Yoshida TOUCHED the ball before it got to Boruc and THAT is the reason as to why he couldn't keep it. Look at the slow-mo replay and you will se.. Yoshida then cleared the ball away after Borucs parry, he knew that he had touched the ball and therefore was going back fast to cover his mistake.

You mean the ball that Yoshida cleared after he couldn't hold it. What most people seem to have missed is that Yoshida DEFLECTED the ball before it came to Boruc, that's why he couldn't keep it. Anyone who can get a gif from the game with that scenario and post it please? Just so I can freaking prove my point.

He had at least two game changing saves. One on the shot from the outside where Benteke then missed the rebound, the other when he went out in the 91st minute to stop a player coming completely alone against him, yet again Benteke missed the rebound from that. He also picked up a lot of headers from Benteke that could have been very dangerous if he wouldn't have gotten to them. He had a good game and made some good saves. What you specify as out of the ordinary I have no clue of, but our goaltender saving us three points obviously isn't something out of it for you.

I'd say it's down to lack of playtime. EDIT: Even though I don't think he's really done anything wrong in previous matches.

Do you guys still think we need a replacement for Boruc? Would you blame him if he left during the summer because of the mocking he has had to endure from our fans? My answer to both questions is no.

If our fans would have treated him good, yes. We have treated him like **** and I wouldnt blame him if he left. If he leaves its our fans fault.

When I see Rickie as captain it feels right. Why didn't he become captain instead of Lallana? I love Adam aswell, but Rickie feels more like a leader.
