We have spent 30 million, thats chicken feed, not for us but for other clubs, Carroll, Henderson and Downing as obvious examples. But to get our squad to a standard of top 4/6 minimum spend would be £300 Million (from pasts clubs spends), we are not going to spend that so European adventures are stuff of dreams, I am amazed others have not seen the reality. There is nothing wrong with it in the sense Fernades can underwrite at the moment, its an awful business plan but then so is Liverpool, Citys and Chelseas, they are also underwritten.
