  1. That seals it. You lot are mad.
  2. How would you feel if we signed Neymar?
  3. Does this apply to any such player?
  4. It certainly is. Which of those groups plays at a higher level, and which one has Damiao already played with? Do you really think Brazil have such a dearth of strikers that their best forward isn't good enough for Southampton, while the rest of the team is filled with world class talent? Some of you people are unreal.
  5. Were they better than Saints?
  6. Let's put this at the top of every page of the thread. Could the leading striker of the World Cup hosts, potential winners and all-time greatest international side Brazil, do a job for Southampton?
  7. Really? Not bad.
  8. I honestly couldn't guess what our plans are, but I'm always uneasy when he's playing.
  9. Mmm. We were all bitterly disappointed at the months of inactivity after Rodriguez signed last summer.
  10. 'Astonished' is strong for me as well - I dunno, it's just gonna take some getting used to after the wilderness years. It's as if everybody's found a pile of money from somewhere!
  11. Llorente's gone to Juventus and it looks like Negredo's going to City. Bony looks a very good alternative.
  12. Because they're our transfer targets, and the club sees them as realistic. That is exciting.
  13. I don't have a clue.
  14. Double post, woops
  15. It can't be top priority. Bringing in one or two players doesn't mean much if the squad you've got isn't ready to compete.
  16. There you go. Imagine being linked with a player Manchester City want! Up front!
  17. I throw my hands up in the air sometimes Singing ay-oh, it's Cristian Tello
  18. Still works for Coldplay I think. This has got to happen.
  19. To be fair I've been lazy and gone with Wikipedia.
  20. Sid Lowe and Tancredi Palmeri have both said in the last few minutes that it's very close to completion.
  21. 82 in 147 is bloody fantastic for a 23 year-old, even if it's 'just Brazil'...which is cobblers anyway. If he's good enough for Champions League Spurs to be chasing him for this long then he's good enough for us. FYI that's a better goalscoring ratio than Neymar
  22. Niall Mason, from the U18s.
