I personally believe Forster was over paid for because Watson wanted him, Saints could afford it and celts weren't letting him go for less as celts are all about making as much as they can on player sales

Clearly you haven't seen many bournemouth games since he joined them or his half against Switzerland for Poland. All show no signs of "winding" down. Forster can not be scapegoat for one goal last night. Time will tell if he lets in more if defence play again like they did last night

He signed because you were willing to pay Celtic price they wanted (entire celtic team is for sale) and he was guaranteed to be number 1. Think you have summed it all up perfectly. Everyone is too busy attacking me to see the actual point here. Is not about boruc having a divine right to play for saints. Problem here is if club had real competition to be its number 1 this situation would never have arisen. Well apparently management thought he'd be a kelvin Davis and happily sit there doing beep all. Not his nature. Maybe southampton can tell their fans why they didn't sell him before window shut. There was offers. That's right because God forbid forster had to be injured and ruled out for rest of season the club have no intention of playing Davis in his place for rest of season. As said above most clubs want a player who wants to play and is not happy sitting on his arse on bench collecting money for nothing. Anyone who has any ambition themselves can understand that and as a fan I want a player who wants to play not be paid to happily sit back and collect their wage. Those who are, says it all bout type of character they have

I quite like saints as a club. Managers come and go so I won't let one ruin my opinion of club. Roko only has major keeper prob if Forster gets injured

Was no way for roko to be shown that but your are right Forster is his choice so hopefully for club it pans out for him and Forster doesn't end up injured and he's left with inadequate cover

Ye well I'd seriously be worried bout him if that is case. And re boruc starting at Bournemouth today prob is he way better keeper than camp. Forster still has to prove he is way better than boruc which is why they should have been properly competing at saints instead Forster gets injured and u have Davis, gazza or cropper n two of them def have proved they can't cut it in epl.
