Trouble with a new ground is true cost. We spent £30 odd million, 33000 capacity. Ten years later it cos Brighton £90 odd million for 22000 seats. What is it going to cost to build even 15000 in another five years, even if the land costs nothing. The economics don't work Phil....... Unless the club fold.
