  1. Another one who gets it
  2. Toast it is then
  3. The only thing that strikes me, if they go down the CPO route, with no football club there, and the 'sport' planning restriction still in force, maybe it becomes next to worthless and they pick it up for a song, thereby not needing to charge an arm and a leg to recoup a decent return on capital from any phoenix club? Edit - ignore this in view of the 'void planning use' in liquidation
  4. Voted for Chinny - anything to prolong the agony!
  5. Interesting to see they'd rather have Chanari back than Plan B, by about 2:1
  6. Can't happen, surely?
  7. Dare I say 'Mind the gap'
  8. It may well look very good at the end of tonight. A certain balance to it?
  9. No worries, always feels so dirty going over there anyway. Two of us is more than enough.

  11. Likely to cost more to stage than they'll make on gate receipts isn't it?
  12. 116 distributed so far - sounds like they can't even give them away
  13. Reported on 5live as Cov too. I'm equally confused.
  14. In other words. it's a moneypit with no chance of turning it round.
  15. No, there was another fourty odd million winner this Friday, wish to remain anonymous though. Obviously disn't that lot down the road to get their habds on it.
  16. £500,000 shortfall till April, isn't that the exact figure Chanari tried to bribe the judge with if he would make AA administrator again?
  17. But IIRC, once they've paid one creditor at 100%, then they must do the same for each and every other creditor?
  18. Er, can they do this, surely the staff are creditors just like anyone else??
  19. Cov score - Saints top Pompey bottom. Karma.
  20. Oh Coventry, you beauties!
  21. Massive club with the bestest fans eh.
  22. Doh, my grammar is worse than AA's!!
  23. I'll stand corrected, just looked poor grammar for someone you would assume had a good education. As Spdgun said, maybe P*rtsmouth rubs off on you in some funny ways.
  24. AA's statement is interesting, but not sure how genuine it is. If that's a copy and paste of his words, then the grammar and punctuation is terrible, makes me think it's not him.
  25. £40M-£50M debt - that's over £100,000 a week since the last admin!
