  1. that's a real laugh out loud moment. Gotta be nearing the endgame surely??
  2. Either way it's £40K they don't have to find from somewhere.
  3. Claridge ripped into them on 5live just now. Almost said they bought the FA cup. Looks like everyone's turning against them slowly.
  4. why just cut the cva to 10p why not 1p or 0.5p?
  5. Seem to remember his mobile number on here a few pages back.. any of our friends abroad fancy phoning him through the night. Wouldn't want him getting too much sleep tonight.
  6. In a word no. Wonder whether she's been told to shut it?
  7. You missed the name off - Take a bow Breville.
  8. May be a little late to make any difference!!
  9. Take a point there
  10. Lifted from POL - I bet she wishes she never got involved. Hello Penny You are not my local MP but given that you have been doing a lot of good work in relation to Portsmouth FC, I thought you might be able to help. I am emailing you with grave concern regarding Portsmouth FC's recent application to enter administration, but more importantly that there is a massive conflict of interest with UHY and Andrew Andronikou acting as administrator on behalf of Portsmouth Football Club. This situation must be made known to the relevant Judge at the Royal Courts of Justice hearing on Friday 17th February. Regards xxxxxx Dear xxxxx Many thanks for this. You are not the first person to have raised this with me. I am taking some advice on this, and I know that HMRC are aware. Thanks for letting me know your concerns. Best, Penny
  11. Think it all depends on what legal liabilities they have over the oldco CVA. Only time will tell on that one.
  12. Didn't we think a few pages back that the original CVA gets ripped up and the full debt becomes payable if they go into admin again? If so, I'm not exactly sure how another admin helps them, short of keeping the HMRC vote below 25%. anyone enlighten me?
  13. Ooh. That's uncannily close to what Channari's owed. Funny that.
  14. If you're heading East, Southern Rail do an of peak 'day save' ay £24 for 4 people. Can get you along as far as Ashford http://www.southernrailwaytickets.com/buytickets/daysave/DaySave.php?sEvent=TicketDetails
  15. Remember the number station thing, something to do with radio broadcast left over from the Cold War wasn't it?
  16. Think you'll find that the 20p owed in the £ from the last admin is an unsecured debt in the same way as the £1.6M owed to the HMRC is an unsecured debt. As to whether they'll get another deal at 20p in the pound over 4 years delayed for 18 months is anyone's guess. I suspect that creditors won't vote for such a low figure again.
  17. Wasn't the verdict due on that just after xmas? It.s almost mid Feb now.
  18. Capello quits, and harry not guilty. Coincidence?
  19. Trouble is I'm not sure they'll afford the rent - with a £20M pricetag on it, he's going to want at least a 5% pa return on that investment, and knowing what we know about him, likely to be considerably more. Beyond the means of P*mpey, let alone AFC P*mpet playing at a much lower level.
  20. Seems to be some doubt on here as to whether they can legally go into administration with the WUP still in place. Don't think that we have a concensus as yet.
  21. Would have taken that at Kick off. Disappointed at the lack of chances in front of goal though.
  22. Why would you not claim a refund is their next home match is possibly their last?
  23. Looking extremely tight at the top now. Plenty of teams looking to breathe down our necks.
  24. Raises an interesting point - even if they dont pay their utilities by monthly direct debit, and get billed quarterly for them, then these bills are likely to be either outstanding or imminent with CSI foing into admin 3 months ago. Anyone know how long before Gas, Electricity and water supplies are likely to be cut off?
  25. See the 12th man website's managed a massive 4404 registered. On the plus side, they've sold 381 pin badges at £3.50 each. That £1000 will go a long way.
