Saints Player Live Commentary problems

As discussed on match thread, some of us complained about the live commentary cutting out all the time AGAIN today. To add insult to injury, the opposition's commentary always works flawlessly.

 

First off I got a reply trying to blame it on my ISP, broadband, or PC.

After complaining about that and saying I will contact NC, I then get the email admitting it is their fault, and apologising.

 

Then I get an email from David Luker, saying that the club will urgently investigate the issue with the provider and get back to me.

Fair play to Mr Luker for getting involved and responding so quickly.

This definitely needs sorting though - it's been going on for far too long.

 

So maybe it is worth complaining if you are not happy?

I've complained in the past .... fat load of good that did. But from your reply today thin gs may start happening now, fingers crossed.

Getting the club on the case is almost certain to be the most effective move.

I also sent an email off to them effing fed up with it. If i have to pay to hear my team play, then i fully expect it to be perfect. Not the dross we have had to put up with to date. Neverthought i would say this but come back Will Cope all is forgotten.
