Wembley Ticket Refunds

Anyone applied for expensive tickets and received lower value ones?

 

If so have you received the refund on the ticket price yet?

Asked the same question on the Wembley ticket thread and was told that a refund can be made onto a card.

I had same situation and was told very curtly by the ticket office that the highest priced tickets were over subscribed so everybody that did not get one of those was moved down to £44 priced ones and we were moved to £34 ones. He said that we would have to turn up at ticket office to have money put onto a card, not sure how they can do that if original was not paid by card but that was it... hope this helps

By rights the club shold not be taking money untill such a time that the tickets are issued, but I know in my case and that of everyone else this has not been the case. I know my tickets were printed on 26th Feb (told when I phoned Friday) the money went out of my bank at least a week before.
