Doesnt look legitimate to me. They seem to think its the highest value placed on a league one team, but its only to become a minority shareholder, so surely our takeover cost more?

They are paying £2m (£1.6 million after expenses) for 40%, so to say that is the highest value for a League One team ever is a nonsense. Saints cost a lot more. The are also charging £420,000 per year in management fees.

I may be wrong but I would imagine the purchase of the club cost anything given that we were in administration and the shares were worth nothing. The costs involved in the Saints takeover were to pay off the debts.
