TijuanaTim Posted 13 August, 2010 Share Posted 13 August, 2010 I mean I really have no idea. It would be great if it could somehow be incorporated into the stadium. Tho' God knows how/who would do it? By the way, it is very touching and impressive. Well done.

gaz Posted 13 August, 2010 Share Posted 13 August, 2010 A couple of weeks ago, a moderator on an RC car site I'm part of passed away. We arranged to have his tribute thread professionally printed and bound into a book, which was then given to his family as a token of respect and love from the forum. I know its not the same level as Markus, but I thought it was a nice touch and showed his family what he meant to our community. The things left at SMS will probs be there for a week or two, then put into storage or given to the Liebherrs, I'd have thought.
SamKimish Posted 14 August, 2010 Share Posted 14 August, 2010 Well I know that all the Newcastle Shirts, Shorts etc. that were left at St. James' Park after the sad death of Sir Bobby Robson were kindly donated by his family to an African charity-ran football team. Would be good to see a similar thing happen with all the Saints shirts at St. Mary's.

ladysaint Posted 14 August, 2010 Share Posted 14 August, 2010 It would be nice to have a museum or something similiar where some of the items could be displayed for all generations to see.

Yeah, I seem to remember an article on it in a programme a while ago. Would be nice to see a follow up piece to that. WIFM.

Either this and/or printing the tribute thread out and having it put up on the St Mary's outer wall would be a great idea so long as the family approved
