They want to keep customers so they'll do plenty to keep you. You'll need to hold your nerve as they'll offer more services for the same money but keep to the 'I want to cancel due to money concerns', you'll get put through to other negotiators but even if you stand your ground and start the cancelling process they'll probaby call you back a few days later with a deal. They NEVER say ok, always giving it the hard sell to try and keep you. Took a 15 minute call last week to cancel mine after several offers.
