Lambretta Restoration

Hello!

I'm currently restoring a 1963 Lambretta J Range Starstream and have encountered difficulty removing the clutch plates. I'm told I need a specialist tool but the one I bought recently wasn't the correct type.

I'm in a crappy situation with it all at the moment, the kick start gear is missing nearly all its teeth and it's a rare model, so I'm unlikely to ever find a replacement. Luckily someone in my family said he can manufacture a new part, but I've yet to get to it owing to this stupid clutch plate casing.

Any Lambretta men out there that can advise? I've had enough of the thing, I got ripped off when I bought it and its been nothing but trouble, so I'm looking to get it running and then sell it.
