Never mind that Lidl offers quality to 'the masses' (those pesky people you Tories hate). Is Waitrose the only one for you Dune? Only shop with your own privileged set? Can't stand poor people? Just like all Tories, only care about themselves. And you probably have a nasty anti-foreigner thing going on too, given that Lidl is German. Shame on you. Petersfield Saint Posted 12 October, 2011 Share Posted 12 October, 2011 No qualms about Lidl for the big shop - cheap as chips and the fresh produce is every bit as good as the big supermarkets. Plus the missus is from the Fatherland and likes all the German brands from back home! Then Sainsburys, occasionally Tesco and the big Walmart Asda near Havant plus our local Waitrose for odds and sods. Sausages from our local butcher!
