nemesis

hello. remember me? it's capitalsaint.

i tried to do a bit of research on everybody's respective reputation points. unfortunately, the cross-thread element makes it pretty damned near impossible to execute without more resources. hopefully justmike or one of the other mods will read this, take the hint and immediately wire me some funds. i'll need at least two full-time data pigs working on the Compiled Reputation Analysis Project and can employ koreans- the minimum wage being lower in these parts- so it's definitely a worthwhile venture.

whilst i'm waiting for the investment, however, i'd like to get the ball rolling on my next plan. rather than defame the poster who is directly above me in the table, it would be a much better use of my time if i had just one nemesis to actively spar with.

ideally i'd like somebody who won't back down, with a reply rate of 2:1 and posts starting 'and another thing...' to prove how committed they are to the rivalry. this should then extend to parts of the forum supporting them and the rest me, with catchy derogatory nicknames to call each other. 'capital cuddler' etc.

potential applicants should write a short covering letter and include any relevant experience, references are preferred but not mandatory (i'm a trusting sort of chap). alternatively feel free to suggest a third-party, i will then attempt to build a rivalry with them over a two week trial period, after which they may be offered the full-time position.

1stly, Are you in Corea (sic)?

2ndly - Any decent nemesis wouldn't come on the muppet show, you'd end up with some loser like, like me.

I have done a lot of research in this area but without too much success. I would suggest:

1) Diggers mate St Charlie. The problem being he seems to actually have a sense of humour. a main boarder with a sense of humour makes for a poor nemesis.

2) Avenue Saint - Would make a great nemesis, thinks very highly of himself and his opinion but is infatuated with Turks, you'll have a hard time stealing him

3) Alpine - must be missing delldays and maybe on the look out for someone to argue about subs with. Problem being he likes trolling and having large scale arguments.

4) Greenback - see avenue saint

5) Sour mash - possible wild card here. The baldric to Turks blackadder, always ready with a short sharp put down or reply, easily angered.... Might be worth a try.

Sorry to hear you've had difficulties with reputations points calculations Capital, there is a suggestion in the site suggestions area to make reputations points official forum functionality (as is the case with many other forums out there). Sadly the site suggestions sub-forum is about as much use as a condom in my pocket, there's a greater chance of Milts starting a serious post in the main area than there is getting a response in the site suggestion area!

Not 100% true spudders. Someone (think it was one of the tight arsed taxi drivers) put on there about a loophole, not paying a fivers or something. Steve Grant was all over it before you could say "another cobra sir?". They watch, just only comment if it effects the flow of fivers.

an interesting development. i'll suggest an incentive scheme which somehow links reputation points and subscription fees, not sure how that'll work yet but if i use enough £££ signs and !!!! it's sure to pique steve's interest. he'll be putty in my grubby hands.

there's another saints fan in seoul?! i am yet to find any except a couple of koreans who noticed us after a swansea game. not many english here in general actually so peter must frequent a different of the city, that or i spend too much time masturbating to meet new people.

Ah yeah, good point, which makes it all the more obvious the actual suggestion has been ignored!

That can't be true, I have seen some very interesting videos from Korea in my time. Were they illegal? I mean ok, they were rape videos...... but as anyone who has spend a bit of time in asia will know, they are mostly rape videos and of course fake.

it's a travesty. i've got a journo friend, apparently it was the one story that every man in every paper knew about but didn't want to be the one to admit it. as a result it wasn't reported for months after the fact. when it eventually came to print they'd found an angle that wouldn't incriminate the author as a masturbator...

Lol - "He feels no shame — only a righteous sense of mission."

It's like a prono MLG.

"a squad of nearly 800 volunteers who help government censors by patrolling the Internet for pornography in their spare time".

Bet they have a long waiting list of volunteers as well.

In all seriousness Koreans are well into their god and stuff aren't they? I live in New Malden which is pretty much Korea town in London. They are always out singing stuff, telling me about Jesus and the Korean church near me is absolutely packed on match days (usually Sundays for god followers).

Wonder why?

my guess would be the american influence. the churches here are bigger than winchester cathedral and the christians seem to take the american evangelical approach. there's a really annoying custom where a bloke walks along the street ringing a bell to encourage people to go to church. ruins my sunday lie in.
