Problem with Microsoft Word

I have a problem with Microsoft Word 2010

 

When I want to print an address on an envelope I usually highlight the address, and on the Mailings tab I click on Envelopes.

 

The Envelopes and Labels window opens but when I click on Print I am now seeing a new box which says "The number must be between 1 and 31"

 

I have been printing addresses on envelopes for years and never had this appear before.

 

Any suggestions as to how to get this back to where it was before?

One of which is "Recent feedback suggests that this can occur if you have added a header/footer to the normal template. In any case renaming the normal template normal.dotm to normal.dotm.old should fix it".

Many thanks, The9. A very useful website to know. The page to which you directed me had several suggested solutions but should anyone else experience the same problem, the suggestion given by Herbert on page 3 was the one that worked for me.
