Big Bad Bob Posted 11 December, 2008 Share Posted 11 December, 2008 Why are they sending them out, with the money they can save by not sending them out we could afford the wages of [insert favoured striker here]
Master Bates Posted 11 December, 2008 Share Posted 11 December, 2008 De'ja vu. Done that last year with the old stock, it's better than throwing them away. Well done SFC
70's Mike Posted 11 December, 2008 Share Posted 11 December, 2008 mine just got his , but at nearly 14 it is a bit babyish for him, so we are giving it as a raffle price at the local boys football club

So I'll just add - and in the bottom of the bag is a player registration form so we can get our replacements signed up ready for the supposed massive exodus in January... But seriously, nice gesture, somebody at the club has started thinking again
Bourno Posted 11 December, 2008 Share Posted 11 December, 2008 My son is 6 and a junior saint (and from the next home game a season ticket holder), when we joined part of the deal was an xmas present. He got a saints bag (which looks like a shirt) some sweat bands and a blow up sammy saint whcih fits on your hand. He is over the moon. A shame we live in Pompey so the bag will not see the light of day!!
Huffton Posted 11 December, 2008 Share Posted 11 December, 2008 A nice gesture, and to be fair probably a clever bit of marketing. My two boys had seriously lost interest so far this season but they are both now gagging for the next home game so they can wave their super saint hand things.
