As long as you have used your no. when buying the tickets they should still show up in your account. I always used to buy my away tickets at the ground as I passed it quite often and didn't like paying the extra charges. I just handed over my two season tickets and a crisp £20 and they were handed back to me. A receipt would have been nice. I know there should be a record of it on my account but I don't trust modern technology. They can't even get the microphones to work without a bit of crackling.

I was given a nice handwritten note from a receipt book. I remember congratulating the lady on "going old school".
