I am then asked via a Verification Required screen to insert my credit card security code number. I have a feeling this is a scam. Is it and if so how do I get rid of that screen? Cheers It looks like your Apple account has changed for some reason. You can go onto the apple site on a browser on a PC and verify your account details.
