Fitness challenges

I may have mentioned a year ago I joined the CrossFit cult 😀

since then I’ve competed, completed an tough mudder style event. However I’ve got quite into doing these less glamour challenges. The latest one is “bring sally up bring sally down” you basically get in the press up position and play the song which lasts about 3.30 mins. Here what it is, but to summarise you’re in the press up position for the duration of the song, bring sally up hold in at the top of the position, bring sally down hold at the bottom until it says bring sally up. Watch this and give it a go, it’s. a lot harder than it looks. If you make it to the end of the song you’re a beast. That’s the aim for me. Give it a go and post how you get on 😀


Anyone done any others?
