An elitist proposal and a clean sheet

When the new owners take charge of SFC in the Hamble Parks Country League I will buy some shares and I will put forward a motion that any player signed has to have an IQ of at least 110 so they know what they are meant to be doing on the pitch and what not to do off the pitch.

There will also be a wage cap of £500 a week with proper bonuses for proper performances against Netley Wanderers etc. Any player who can't comply with the terms can go back to the dole queue.

What other criteria should be applied to the Phoenix Saints?

The club dress code should be characters from the Village People, each players has to dress when on club duty (and preferrably when off duty as well) as the memebr of the village people they most resemble. So transfers will be will take on another dimension in terms of 'we've got too many traffic cops, we've got to get in at least another builder'.

Fotball is not just about results. It is about community. Football con provide entertainment for people but should play a wider role in society. To that end, I believe that 3 first team players should be Muslims, 3 should be Jewish, 3 should be Christians and there should be 3 balck, 3 white and 5 asians in the team (of any religion, so we could have a white jew or a black muslim etc) to help some of our more uneducated supporters learn something about different cultures and people. On top of that I think that 10% of the team should be homosexual and at least one player should have at least thought about a bit of bumming on more than one occasion.

Imagine the tolerance that people would learn. It would be a beautiful moment for society and football.

Rupert brought back in as Director Of Football AND to have much more time to develop some of his ideas.

Never really given the scope in my opinion.

True.

There should also be a manager hiring policy put in place so that only "promising young English coaches" are given the job, certainly not anyone with any English football management experience.
