offix Posted 10 April, 2009 Share Posted 10 April, 2009 As I am listening to the second half of the Wolves match I am packing up everything in the house, getting ready to move into a new house that we just bought. While listening to the commentary of this sorry-@ss performance I was taking down/packing all my Saints memorabilia; taking down the shirt and scarf that were hanging on the wall of my office, packing up the signed ball (WGS team), packing the small collection of programmes and calendars, etc. It felt like I was packing up after someone died. Once we are moved to the new house the club may be dead, and I will never hang/display any of it again. Sad!
sotonjoe Posted 10 April, 2009 Share Posted 10 April, 2009 jesus man ... get a grip! It's just football and all that. You've got a new home to move into!
Snowballs2 Posted 10 April, 2009 Share Posted 10 April, 2009 I can understand how you feel...our players did not turn up today, a pathetic performance no guts no effort no soul. Who should we keep next season if any ?
St Landrew Posted 10 April, 2009 Share Posted 10 April, 2009 jesus man ... get a grip! It's just football and all that. You've got a new home to move into! Don't think you've got the swing of it at all. He's moving out of his house. Old memories good and bad, some associated with Saints, and he's moving to pastures new. And Saints may not be there once he gets himself sorted. It's important. I can understand that.
CLOTH EARS Posted 10 April, 2009 Share Posted 10 April, 2009 Hey man, chin up!!! Next season the new saints could be pressing for promotion from Wessex League Division One to the Wessex Premier ( whilst sharing Testwood Park with AFC Totton )
