  1. I reckon that you are deluded and have wasted lots of time and money of not just yours, but the taxpayers too. There is always the chance to put things right though, the only way I can see this is if you use your degree to do teaching. Because sorry to break it to you, but most employers won't give a toss about your English Literature degree unless it has anything to do with their Industry and the job you are applying for.
  2. If government funded freebie loans were not there then you would get less people going to Uni for a free ride and a doss... and more people who go there because it is relevent to their chosen career path. It's too easy for people to go to Uni now...
  3. So am I right or wrong that University education costs me £400 a year or not? Without Uni are you saying I wouldnt be £400 better off? Now I am not saying for one minute that University should be abolished, just that all the pointless courses for the lazy tax dodging, work shy scum should... that should save me £200 a year of my taxes.
  4. badger.... I have found a source to back up my claim that University students cost every income tax payer £400 a year. It's not the Daily Mail or the Telegraph... it's a government website. http://www.dcsf.gov.uk/hegateway/strategy/hestrategy/freedoms.shtml What are your thoughts on this? Is it propaganda?
  5. 20,000 is a bloody good attendance against a mediocre Championship side.
  6. Mate is a personal trainer and has her own gym in bedford place, so I will use her when I need beasting. The health suite at the Rapids is stoopid, you have to get changed and cross over the other side of the leisure centre. There's also not much clunge at the Rapids, and the clunge that is there, I know, and I dont really want them seeing my mewbs bouncing on a treadmill. In other news, Mountbatten School have got a very tidy little fitness suite for £14 a month.
  7. You were right that there is about 30 million taxpayers, and with the correct maths, it is correct that on average, University education costs each taxpayer £400 a year.
  8. Have been a member at David Lloyd previously so might just join back there. They are my 'local' gym and I guess the silent cost of petrol to the Quays might make it not worth it. Hmmmm There used to be some serious WAG filth there too. Rapids is dog sh!te though.
  9. And the £400 a year that the taxpayer contributes to University education... yes FOUR HUNDRED POUNDS Mao ;-) I actually have stated before, I wasn't going to bring it up again as I couldnt find the link I used last time.
  10. So I paid for your degree to come up with them figures? 12 billion shared into 30 million equals???????????? I think you missed a zero from your calculation. I rest my case.
  11. Just over 17k sold so far which includes 2850 Ipswich. So looking at 20k, not bad for a pretty meaningless game, I think alot of people are focused on JPT and League.

    Gyms

Now I no longer work at a gym, I have decided I don't like being fat and am going to do something about it so people dont bully me. What gyms do people reccommend? I have been a member of David Lloyd but have let that lapse. What's Fitness First like? The Quays?
  13. Any degree in which you NEED to enter into that career path. Some examples... Teaching, Nursing, Doctors etc Golf Management, Media Studies, Travel and Tourism etc are some examples of toss ones.
  14. I have not mentioned before that University students cost the tax payer £12 billion a year. That is new material. What are your thoughts on that expense?
  15. Oh and added to the fact they act like complete tools most of the time. I think one of the highlights of my life is when I saw a group of Saints fans mistakenly set upon a group of students believing them to be Leeds fans a few years ago after a game. That'll teach 'em for walking down the road singing songs and acting like dicks.
  16. University drop-outs cost the taxpayer around £200m a year. Taxpayers pay £12billion a year on University education ( for all those mongs who think that students pay their own way ) If students didn't have government funded loans, that would save the taxpayer £1.2 billion a year. Mickey Mouse degrees like 'golf management' cost the tax payer over £40m a year. Thieving scum.
  17. I love you more. xxx
  18. If the kids want a bit of a laugh then fair play to them... no harm done. Some of you need to get a life.
  19. Been thinking about this... Morgans offence was not a straight red HOWEVER... The foul was a bookable offence and the reaction was a bookable offence. So would it have been wrong for the ref to book him twice in quick succesion? Has that been done before? That way he would only have a 1 match ban... a 3 match ban for that is excessive.
  20. Oh, and good to see the nipper that caused the controversy in the last round when Papa Waigo picked him up back on the pitch again.
  21. Gotta love our U5's .... absolute legends!
  22. They didn't show the pitch invasion by Saints fans on Sky then?
  23. Will that start working once it is closer to the time?
  24. No, I managed to rule myself out after the first sentence... so I didn't need to read the rest of your drivvle.
  25. I don't live in Romsey, whom might you be talking about?
