You just beat me to to this, been saying for years that there should not be a Police Officers association that is related to creed or colour

My partner works for them, they were never going to borrow money from the Gov but got the Arabs to stick the cash in. Also they were not exsposed to the bad debts as much as they others as they off loaded these before the crap hit the fan. The Arabs were canny because they put in billions at 55p and bailed out around £2.50.

Booked 20 seats for Gatwick to Varna 2 months a go to go on holiday to Bulgaria next August and now BA have cancelled the flights to Varna and offered us our money back. New flights with the cheapest other Airlines is going to cost us another £80 each. Does anyone know where we could stand compensation wise as i am now out of pocket. We also have to re book the accomodation as the new flight makes us go a day earlier than before. Last year BA cancalled the flight and we had to move a day back with BA but now they are not flying at all to the Black sea coast. Ryanair and the other budagt airlines are a pain but you always know where you stand with them but i exspected better from BA. They did not even contact us, i found out from a mate who just tried to make a booking on the same flight.

Purchased 20k worth of Barclays shares when they hit 50p and sold at 3.50. I did borow the money but always knew that 50p was stupidly low. Capital gains tax was a bummer though

Only those of us that go skiing and climbing can appritiate the pull of the mountains. Give me a beach or the mountain i take the mountain anytime. If you have never been to the Alps try it. Took the kids to the Alps around Chamonix one Summer, it was one of the best Summer hols we ever had. Did anyone see the recent BBC documentry on the North Face of th Eiger.

Instead of cash give out vouchers that can only be used for food, kids school shoes etc. Take away the choice of what to do with the handouts and make sure that the benefits can only used for the purpose it was given.

I forsee within the next 10 years the Premier leaque falling apart as 1 club after another goes pop. If they treat each club differently on the same issues then things will go very wrong for the PL

I have the oppertunity to purchase in very good condition 2nd hand Marantz PM66 KI Signature Amp. I currently use a Cambridge 340A. How good is the Marantz amp concidering its a few years old now and would it be better than my 2 year old Cambridge amp. The same seller has a Marantz CD63 MkII KI Signature CD Player. How good a player is it and again would it beat my Cambridge Azure 540 C.

I used to work as a climber with NTL and have gone many a tower as high as the one in the video. The worse thing is that the towers sway and make sure you always have a leak before your climb. My ticket has run out now so gone are the days of climbing that high. Most riggers now are working on the digital TV projects as the antenas on the top of the towers have to be changed. Helicoptors are used to ferry the big equipment to the top but you still need guys up there to fix it all down. The scary bit in the vid is that i could only see 1 lanyard being used.

Club administrator Andrew Andrinikou is confident the matter will be resolved, but admits the club will move to land Lawrence on loan should a permanent deal fall through. He told The News: '"The Lawrence deal has not been ratified by the Football League yet and we are still waiting to hear the outcome. "Unfortunately, we are not Tottenham and are not allowed to have this issue sorted the next day as they did with Rafael van der Vaart. "This sort of thing will only happen to us. There is proper brinkmanship going on just because we are Portsmouth Football Club. PFC You get what you deserve now just die as a club

My Audi A3 Concert CD player has packed up, turns on, radio works but it won't play the cd thats in it, won't eject it and now the ipod dock won't work either and the ipod that was in it has also packed up. CD text says service on the player. Its a company car so i will be able to get it sorted out but if anyone knows a quick fix then i would be very happy as the dealers take ages.
