I think that we put a value on the player (fee, wage`s etc) and if that was not acceptable to the player/agent he will not come but we may never know so without real facts or proof i wont blame the board as it becomes club bashing just to suit the current mood I cannot remember seeing anything saying it "is/looked all but done" only speculation on here and media writings...
