Both of those were incorrectly judged fact but its also a fact that the decison to award hand ball wss not given so the goal stands Lampard shot was over the line..fact but also a fact that it was not awarded as a goal so it was never awarded The record books show this or do they say different now...

It was not offside becaus the linesman did not raise his flag hence the referee not awarding the free kick and not dissalowing the goal.... We dont have tv replays yet?
