I've just got hold music on the 0800 line and have had for 8 minutes, anyone else getting this?

I've been on hold music to the 0800 for 10 minutes, wondering if this is normal? or whether someone should be telling you your in a queue and to be patient etc!!

The 01271 number is ringing out and the 0800 is just playing crap music anyone got through on phones yet?
