  1. As my son would say, OMG!
  2. Making hard work of this, Leicester filling the gap between our defence and midfield and picking up every loose ball. Victor not stamping authority on game.
  3. ...bare with me, need some help here but I reckon this will work.. Yoshimi battles the pink robots part one: His name is Yoshida - he's a black belt in karate Working for the city - he has to discipline his body - Cause he knows that it's demanding to defeat these Evil machines - I know he can beat them - Oh Yoshida They don't believe me But you won't let those Robots defeat me Oh Yoshida They don't believe me But .....
  4. Ha, thanks for Sharing that. It's easy to forget how many goals he did score for us especially 91/92. That era, pre Branfoot, was quality and I genuinely think some of those players would have been even better in the modern game...Rod Wallace especially. Shearer a goal against Spurs was top class.
  5. Long stretchered off
  6. Elia was n the bench for Holland tonight. Wonder if he is having a good season at Feyenoord
  7. Koeman 20/1 fifth favourite behind Klopp, Ancelotti, Mazzarri and de boer
  8. I have always enjoyed listening to Jose ...but all respect gone after that interview, HE has the audacity to complain about the referee and not getting a penalty. No grace no respect for a truly great Southampton performance.
  9. Quality ****ing quality, the least we deserve
  10. Disgraceful ref. Truly disgraceful. We are not being troubled otherwise I think we are doing a thoroughly professional job
  11. http://mobile.saintsfc.co.uk/news/article/20150909-ralph-krueger-southampton-nhl-announcement-2678588.aspx Seems an odd one I cant see the benefits to the club like he says .... Trust his judgement but could do with enlightening
  12. Thank you for the insight. the very best of luck to you I am sure you will achieve your dream. Let us know when you do! This is the kind of thing I was hoping to read, more so, if someone had succeeded have they ever thought about polling opinion on here for fans, for example I see the media roles are high on the advertisements, could it be that we are a source of information to bridge the gap between what the club intends and we expect.....
  13. So many employment opportunities versus so many thoughts on forums such as these to be captured .. I would have thought that more would have applied for roles at all levels. There seems to be quite a wide range of intellect and compatancies on here I would have thought more would have speculated and taken on the experience of applying if nothing else....together as one and all!
  14. There always seems to be a lot of job opportunities at St Mary's. Has anyone ever applied for a role advertised online, if so which ones and has any one had an interview or been successful ?
  15. I thought he was a Left sided CB but a lot of his tackling and his shots are right footed ?!
  16. Love this ! Nothing on sky ticker re fee any different since this morning
  17. I hope that if I am ever unfortunate enough to discuss with my employers that I'm not in the "Right frame of mind"..that they may show some compassion for example with mental health problems including depression..... I really think we need to take it with a pinch of salt...and relatively it's only football and all decisions are based on p&l.
  18. Sky reporting its far from a done deal...9:52 http://www.skysports.com/transfer-centre/
  19. Lively start. **** victor, but not liking Ronald's jumper...have a word!
  20. is victor cup, tied for Europa league now or does his hissy fit Thursday save him? ...what with spuds in the Europa league and all
  21. Report it for spam
  22. If you are on Twitter Adam Blackmores earlier posts are worth a read. I think he has summed everything up rather well esp re Wanyama.
  23. Gutted, truly gutted. So many questions....but just one thing worries me, the spirit has gone!
  24. I agree, but patience is not the same as consolidate or stand still. Short term decisions with ageing players would concern me on the strategy, the decisions we are making encourage me even if they don't excite me which I think is what we are all now finding frustrating. It's almost like, we sell a player for 25 million so signing one for less than 10 must mean he is **** when in reality I would question the virtue of the amount of cash received for Shaw, Lovren and esp Lallana who was worth half what we received. Couple that with the added security all this television money is giving the likes of Saints, WBA and Everton (it's no coincidence they are all digging thee heels in over players all of a sudden) ..I think we should be fairly optimistic if not justifiably frustrated. Time will tell I suppose but as I say, the moral is one thing that would concern me as per one quote above, that is what killed us in 2003.
  25. Fair enough but Not on the basis of making sustainable steps, I for one did not expect us to be back where we see so quick and we have to expect a period of not always progressing so fast at some stage...maybe a little patience is now required to steady the ship before we re march on one more and Romeu, Classie, Suarez and Juanmi are certainly small steps in that direction I have no doubt.
