After a couple of years of Cortese it's just plain odd to hear a chairman talking candidly about transfer targets, bids made, whether the manager wanted them, players wage demands etc... His honesty is to be applauded but it doesn't make you feel he has many limits when it comes to privacy and confidentiality. I think we're better off with Cortese and waiting for the odd snippets of info that come from the chairman's dinners.
