All depends on how keen they are on getting to #1 test team. could bat for an hour or til lunch, go at 4 or 5 an over set them 240/260 off 50-60 overs, give THEM a chance too. Personally feel we will just bat on and on, give KP some time in the middle hopefully get a big score (as he's not likely to be dropped anytime soon). Go into Rose Bowl 1 up, get a win there.

yep, spot on. when i was learning to ride my motorbike my instructor taught me that when i approached a junction even if the driver is looking directly at you, has acknowledged your existance and is wearing a tee shirt saying "i have seen you" assume he hasnt seen you and treat acordingly oh and talking of taxing road users, horses as well. they use the road, they sh*t on the road and make it dangerous so tax them too!

would have entirely disagreed last season, there were a few KP "haters" that wanted him dropped but have to say Im on board now. Whats his average? 48? possibly less now. yep, great win. didnt go as couldnt get away from work in time so got to see it all on TV. Pretty good turn out to watch a very good, very disciplined performance with bat and ball. Great to see Lumb back in good nick, Dimi bowled fantastic, excellent support from Corky as always. 16 games, 1 win, 15 to go no reason why we cant win the majority of the rest. Somerset are very strong and we despatched them quite comfortably (lets be honest we really should have beaten them all 3 times last season!)

reckon we will do alright. Flirt with the play offs from time to time, but i can maybe seeing us to a Leeds and falling away in the last few weeks ending up 8th or 9th. Which to be honest will be a bloody great and a fantastic springboard for the following season and a top 2 finish

fair point, but it was more to emphasise my disappointment in how the season has gone so far. that said if you look at last years results it was 12 games before we won! So we're ahead of the game so far lol
