A couple of passages of play in that last 15 mins that completely sum us up: - Baz launches a beautiful throw up the right side setting us on the counter - 2 passes later it’s with Wood who’s tightly marked in our 18 yard box and has to put it out - Quarshie throw in level with their box, it’s shit, 10 seconds later it’s back with Bazunu. Dreadful to watch. We don’t want to take any risks in the right areas, but perfectly happy to fuck around and take risks when it’s with the back 5

We DO give up acres in the midfield though, that’s the point. There’s often a huge chasm in the centre of the pitch where you’d want a player to pass to, and it’s why the centre backs spend so much time just knocking it between themselves (before fucking it up and giving it away). Our system works well when Armstrong drops into that chasm to pick up the ball and we turn the opposition around, but it’s been pretty easy to work out and shut down, which we’ve seen recently.

Manning should be where he belongs on the bench. He’s not as good at attacking as our left sided attackers, and he’s a far worse defender than just about anyone I’ve ever seen. And like you’re saying, when he does get up the pitch, he hasn’t got the pace, desire or ability to get back and help. Shouldn’t be in the side

Dragan can’t be that bad a businessman that he thinks the fools he’s put in charge are the right people to turn this around. And surely he’s not happy with us sitting mid table in the Championship with all this investment and I’d like to think he would be demanding answers. Continued discontent from the fans surely gets back to him. The lot he’s put in charge are clearly not up to it, doesn’t mean he can’t find some people who are.

The ridiculous, failed system we use makes it worse. We’ve got a far better goalkeeper not playing because the manager thinks passing ability is more important than stopping shots and claiming crosses. He’s also hell bent on exposing our shit left back and putting our defence under pressure as he wants them to complete 100 passes each per game, and keep us outnumbered in midfield. Was desperate for Still to be a success, Tonda too, but trying the same shit over and over and expecting success is madness. We need SR out and a manager who knows what it takes to get us out of this mess. But you just know we’ll get more experiments.

I honestly can’t fathom how people think that Bazunu is our best goalkeeper, and that Manning should be in the side ahead of absolutely anyone. Both League One standard footballers at best and I don’t want them anywhere near our starting XI

Reckon we’ll struggle at Birmingham then it’ll get toxic again at home against Millwall on NYD. The fanbase needs to fully get behind a movement to get rid of these jokers. The decline from Premier League stability to mid table Championship mediocrity has been achieved in double quick time under their watch, and they think that doubling down on their clever decisions that got us here are going to get us out of it.
