So, of all the credit agreements signed prior to April 2007 - probably millions of them I'd have thought - what is CI's best estimation [and I'm sure they can't say with any certainty, but a guesstimate would be nice], as to the percentage of those agreements which are unenforceable? That I agree with 100%. Never judge a book by its cover, but with Lowe he has already PROVED beyond any reasonable doubt that he is not capable of running a business such as SFC.
