Pretty much how I see it as well. I think he's realistic enough to know that he won't get much game time at a top four club, which in turn will hamper his England ambitions. The only top 6 club I could see him at is Arsenal.

I think we need to face the reality that we haven't got the required funds to do all the business that we as fans want to see.
