It's a nightmare !!! Leicester continue to make ridiculous decisions. You would think that anyone with even the slightest knowledge of football would have seen what happened when Martin thought he knew better than the other 19 managers.

Who wouldn't be a gamble ?? Hiring a young progressive manager is a gamble but one worth taking in my opinion. The club need a revamp, a change of culture & a young manager can certainly go a long way to making that happen.

We are a disaster of a club at the moment.... We need to clean house but our owner seems to want to keep his cronies in place. Even with a points deduction I expect us to gain promotion followed by relegation shortly after. We need a change of culture coupled with new progressive people in upper management positions but unfortunately all we do is rearrange the deck chairs.

But that’s the problem isn’t it??? He most likely would get Leicester promoted but he is not capable of winning in the Premier League. Leicester would likely do what you guys did & stick with him to long & complete the chain & get relegated again. Leicester and Southampton both need to hire a manager that can get them promoted and also keep them in the premier.

He has been more than clear that his team will only play one way & that’s what makes him a Championship manager only. Manager’s & teams have to adapt to survive in the Premier when even the lower teams are very good. The 16th & 17th placed teams are competing for a cup & Champions league today & that says a lot about the Premier.

Promotion & Relegation is the life blood of the EFL but unfortunately the money attached to the Premier League is turning it into a closed shop. Southampton & Leicester will now need to completely revamp their culture to be able to return with competitive teams. Patching up the existing teams will result in relegation again.

SPOT ON !!!! The Cooper hiring was a an unpopular decision from day one & our fanbase never warmed to him. Our ownership situation became a mess after the Helicopter crash & the death of our owner, the Son wants to honour his Father by carrying on but in truth he isn't capable.

I had no problems with Cooper being let go .... His football was absolutely dire. !!! My problem was hiring Van Nistelroy on the basis of his temp job at Manure !!!

It's a tough call isn't it but I would have taken boring shit football if it meant we could have stayed up.

Cooper is fine for the Championship but not good enough for the Premier. Dyche would get you back up & keep you up but Oh My Sweet Lord the football will be horrible.

I have no doubt that Martin would get Leicester promoted but I have no doubt he would get us relegated the next season.
