I think it does show how important the 'fit' of manager to the club is. Failed misserably at Stoke and here. Flourished at Luton and Charlton. There's this odd element of chemistry and personel that non of us can properly predict. How many times have we seen managers who have been great at one club move on and completely fall apart at another. Only the very elite have the skill to adapt and change culture.

Yeah Struber seems to be doing a good job there. I'd just imagine that Spors would back himself and his knowledge of that market to try and bring in someone like Struber who shows high potential.
