I've got an 'It's so over' version in the back pocket.

There's a different energy about these incomings. We're not scrambling, these are clearly planned and well executed. Call me an optimist but I expect Fellows and I'm confident in Scienza. Will be refreshing to have most of our business done before the deal sheets.

They play on opposite sides mate. I'd let this one play out.
-
This may rule out any rumoured Matsuki loan hopefully.
-
More to come...

Listening to the Baggies reporting sounds like it's a matter of time. He's at the training ground but Ryan Mason was non-comittal on saying wether he'd be available for selection. Sounds like it could be a medical this afternoon? Essentially deal agreed but not signed.
-
Lots of T's being crossed and I's being dotted I think.
-
We have a Sporting Director who's selected Downs as a good candidate. Perhaps we need to give him a chance?
-
To play Devil's advocate I feel like asking for a reliable number 9 is far easier said than done. Who is that individual? Last season no striker scored more than 20 championship goals and of those who got close only Piroe and Sargent are Close to being a 9. We have quality options, history suggests Arma can get there, Archer may get close and if fit Stewart has Quality. I just don't think there's a long list of ready made 9s who are realistic or proven at this level.

Impressive interview with Finn, sounds like he's going to be given the freedom to play the way he wants and more importantly he wants to win the league not just get promoted. Good lad.
-
"Too" was the operative word. Of course we get attached to them but they come and go. It's about what we do next!
-
Finn is IN!
-
People can get too emotionally attached to the players. Matty was good and showed good character (until that stunt at the end) but he IS replaceable. And when the replacements are 2 proven championship players with multitudes more goal involvements and 2 high potential players then we've absolutely made the right decision.
-
Scienza looks more likely now.
-
Fernandez - Forced the move was at the Wet Spam training ground without Saints' permission Fellows Fee - Excellent business no idea how we got that done for such a low fee Leo - Yes looks like a good ball carrier with an eye for a cross/shot Ikone - Just one link from an Italian Journo, seemingly on the outs with Fiorentina
-
Time waits for no man and he's not the player he once was.
-
If the player wants the move you start low. Look at Fernandez.

Got to think Johannes is also a factor in the german moves. Clearly well respected in those circles and offering a pathway etc.
-
Really nice blend of championship experience and flair in these prospective signings. Think they've got the balance right.

Break out the yellow ties early.
