  1. Stripes, or at least proportional amounts of Red/White with black shorts and red/white socks.
  2. At least there is some white in the home kit. Tee it up with black shorts and white socks and it'll almost be acceptable.
  3. Thanks for the feedback everyone. It's good to see there really are some good places around Southampton that I can consider, my price range should see me right. In response to earlier points, yes, property around Winchester is in 95% of circumstances above my budget.... but it can be done. The problem is the places will need some work most of the time or be snapped up within a few minutes. Fair Oak is probably my first fall-back option. Looking at the property Turkish posted there, shouting distance of St Mary's and a fair size it would be good. Having been just a short walking distance from the centre of Cov for so long I am hoping for something a little rural. Although, compared to here anything that isn't on fire would be an upgrade!
  4. Bingo. Does anyone know if they are on sale yet? #twitches#
  5. The time has come, I am looking to move back to Hampshire. I have a budget (circa £180k) and ideally am looking to be around Winchester. I am open to other options though depending on the area and available properties. So, other then Winchester, Fair Oak, Otterbourne, Colden Common (which I am familar with) I am open to suggestions. Ideally i'm looking to get a 2 bedroom property, not a flat. Is there anywhere nice in Southampton itself I could consider? Maybe Totton way? Thanks for any help/ideas here guys.
  6. His web cam also zoomed in for emphasis.
  7. There will be no gaps in the collection! !
  8. Unfortunately, you have suckers like me.
  9. ........You WHAT!?......
  10. There is no way the Everton chairman will tolerate him for long. Mike Phelan + Neville junior is more plausible.
  11. How would you define 'big' money? For me, in the modern era that is 10 million plus, therefore we will need more players to sign at that level to judge.
  12. Racial slur issues aside, this thread is making me hungry.
  13. You are spinning out a conspiracy theory based entirely on whether someone is covered in blood or not? It's tenuous. Based on your self admission of enjoy conspiracy theories over first hand testimonial and evidence, coupled with the horrific nature of this crime, surely you can understand why people are beginning to lose patience with you?
  14. Nonsense, we should have followed West Ham's example and wrapped things up yesterday.
  15. Actually, I do offer more respect for people who have chosen a career that fundamentally defends our sovereignty, freedom and way of life.
  16. Following on from my prior comments, I use an Xbox 360 in my bedroom specifically for the iPlayer/Sky Go type apps and it works brilliantly, I have also been able to synch it with my desktop computer to stream all my music to it. If you can pick up a 360 on the cheap, I would go for it, you will certainly save money and have greater versatility over another sky box via sky multiroom.
  17. Something the blue few seem to be overlooking/ignoring. By going into fan 'ownership' their glass ceiling has been taken down a large amount. Regardless of how much they crow on they are not, have never been and will never match Barcelona's path, they are barely up to Exeter City's as they now are.
  18. Realistically, that's all we can compare it to.
  19. £520 renewal and money off in the club shop? Excellent!
  20. Right. Mortgage applications at the ready.......
  21. Nicely editted video. Still can't take the champions league ambition talk seriously mind!
  22. 1. Chelsea - The return of the 'special one.' 2. Manchester City - Pellegrini will only fall marginally short 3. Manchester United - A difficult first year for David Moyes, but will finish strongly. 4. Liverpool - Stability in the off-season and upward momentum under Rodgers. ------------------------------ 5. Arsenal - They simply can't carry on creeping into the CL forever. 6. Tottenham - Bale will not be able to carry them on his own for two seasons in a row. 7. Swansea - More consistent league form from the Swans with no cup runs and added focus from a local rival. 8. Newcastle - A now stable squad will grow together. 9. Saints - Solid progress and at least a cup semi final please! 10. West Ham - Andy Carroll as the top English scorer. Hoofing their way to mid-table 11. Fulham - More 'meh' 12. Cardiff - Will surprise a few I feel, Malky Mackay will invest wisely. 13. Everton - Following Moyes/Baines/Fellaini will prove difficult for the next manager. 14. Aston Villa - A much more comfortable year but the young squad will still have their rocky moments. 15. Norwich - Failing to inspire but will do enough to survive. 16. West Brom - Steve Clarke's side will pay dearly for losing Lukaku. Their relatively poor form of only 4 league wins in 2012 from the second half of the season will carry over. 17. Stoke - Only just scrapping survival but on a downward spiral. ----------------------------------------------------------- 18 - Hull - Well organised but unmittigated tedium, simply cannot score. 19 - Sunderland - Will implode spectacularly, Di Canio will leave chaos in his wake. 20 - Palace/Watford - Pretty but not good enough, maybe the potential for either to 'do a Blackpool' and attack well and gain the neutral vote.
  23. If I was to get a next generation games console, this looks very appealing. Focusing on total media integration into one place while also allowing traditional gaming. Albeit there is a need for streaming (hopefully not the only way games will be available, the use of a blu-ray drive and 8 gig hard drive indicate it won't be) and DRM restrictions on playing your games on other people's consoles is not great. The launch price will be important but I'm impressed. After the abject failure of the WiiU, the ball is now in Sony's court.
  24. Do I want a club that spends money without regard in an attempt to be successful and **** the consequences if things go wrong? No. Would I be happy supporting a club which is propped up by a businessman/estate who can support our ongoing ambitions for success even if it may be a little beyond what the club could achieve if it had to be self sustaining? Yes
  25. I have it. Works very well, exactly the same content of sky go mobile with sports/films if its part of your package. It is only in SD though.
