Frankly, I don't see there being a defined peak. We will I believe have a period of inclement form at some point this season and that will be the acid test of our current team and infrastructure. I wouldn't see it being the start of a decline though, at worst a plateau. We may end up yo-yoing over the next few years if promotion happens and providing the club remains stable we will keep progressing.

I can't disagree with that and I would go along with the logic you are suggesting, although retraining doesn't mean shaking off your record. What is the point of a record if it is not a trace of behaviour? If all crimes are repent after the punishment is served why keep a record?
