Ipswich on top now. Time for a change methinks.
-
-
Great save by Davis from Chopra. Saints under pressure crowd crank up the noise levels to urge the team on.
-
Gulp ... the pressure is on now .... do us a favour and get fagging.

Been on a bit of a bender and up for 24 hours drinking all day. Fell asleep at The Pool and am now burnt to a crisp!! Some strange white patches where I was lying on my side. It was sunny and clear blue sky with a nice breeze. I'll give this 10 mins before The Nuns come out. .. or maybe a trolley dolly. Nice slow OWTSGMI

That should make him a nailed on certainty to score the 1st goal then!!

Tractor Boys getting into it now. Some good passing from them. Saints keeping shape well. Good cross fiels ball by spiderman to Lambo - Saints throw. Another corner 3rd or 4th already. Harding short to Lee throw to Tractor boys

Lala looking lively and Lee making some good runs

Lee pressures defence to conceding corner. Harding delivers across the face of goal -freekick to Tractor boys
-
Overlap by Harding cross out for a corner before Lee could get to it. Ball boys slow - expect a roasting from harding!! Corner comes to zilch

Nope .... total shambles no shots on target yet. 20 seconds into the game.

Easy:badger:Easy Easy :badger:Easy :badger:Easy :badger:Easy What's the big fuss .... was a stroll in the park. Back to reality ..... Oh My God how earth did we win that? AND I had to watch it stone cold sober whilst everybody else was drinking themselves into beleiving what they were seeing really was happening.

Would have to disagree and give Chaplow a massive pat on the back. Only recently back from a long lay off - his workrate was immense and towards the end was often the most forward player on our breakaways.

Not just for any specific saves but for overall match heroics and keeping us in the game, this has to be one of the all time best goal keeping performances ever - only scores 9.99999 though for the long kick in injury time when we needed to retain possession!! Loved it in the post match interview - Was this his best game ever? ....Played pretty well in training this week 2 other performances for general all round unbeatability and defensive never die attitudes that match todays for me were Late 60's early 70's at Highbury in the snow and ice. Eric Martin and his defence somehow held onto a 0-0 draw .... I think there was a link on here a few weeks ago. That was a day when each and every player stood up to be counted - no wimping out of challenges because it was cold and the pitch rock hard. Big John Mcgrath probably had his trademark short sleeved shirt on 1981 1-0 at Anfield in a match quite similar to last nights - one shot from Steve Moran and we win. Ivan Katastrophic and defence under intense pressure in a noisy Anfield ... happy days.

Real 6 pointer when they come to SMS

Shame for Arsenal - can't see him signing a new contract at the end of the season. Barca or Real or SFC it is then !!

Won't be on here later ... so todays wether report to get us through the early part of the game!! Still a bit hazy/dusty but clearing up after the crap of the last few days. Temps up to about 30, but now the sun has gone down even though it is 23 the wind chill makes it feel cooler. COYS
