I wanted us to sack Martin in summer 2024 despite the promotion because he was too stubborn in the way we played. Conversely, I would keep Tonda, because he's shown himself to be pragmatic. At any rate Martin's coaching was only half the issue retrospectively. If we were to go up this year and SR do not significantly upgrade the squad in the summer, we'll be straight back down again with a sub-20 points total.
