Just think the scrambling around for the manager who will save us is starting to feel a bit Groundhog Day to be honest. There are much deeper problems than the manager, we have consistently declined across five or six of them with wildly different styles and backgrounds. Still may well be out of his depth but what happens when we get Carrick, we get Rohl, we get Potter and we're still mid-table at Christmas? Players come to us having looked good and suddenly they look shit. There's something in the air, in the culture of the club. It's a culture of losing, being scared, not knowing what to do. People at the club in recent years, both playing and non-playing staff, have seen no end to the embarrassment that has forged this culture since the turn of the decade and continues to infest us. I don't know if that gets fixed easily in the short-term.
