why do you guys think something is going to happen today, there is no way HMRC and the judge are going to inspect a document that arrives at 4pm and make a decision immediately. lol I could potentially see us applying for voluntary admin to the court (whether they allow it is subjective) but thats it and as we are relegated already thats no biggy and preferable in terms of attracting any sort of investment small or large

yeah I am not sure about this - Statement of Affairs goes in tomorrow which the club reckon they can prove they are viable until end of season or a takeover ( I don't believe how unless Chainrai is a guarentor ) So March 1st is the actual day for winding up - however what happens if by some strange twist of fate Pompey get taken over and every creditor is paid in full and the owner guarentees funds for the continued running of the club Common sense says the judge should wind the club up as the Statement oif Affairs at the time showed the club trading illegally but I can bet I know what would happen

Portsmouth, as I spent a helluva lot of time down here from the age of 2-3 onwards as most of my family were down here, so we used to travel down alot. For some reason I liked Portsmouth immediatley when we were back the old div 2 in 82-83 and started supporting them and buying books etc. Wore a pompey shirt back in brum and took a lot of stick from felllow brummies. Always a soft spot for Brum though and in particular Redditch, I know its not strictly above board not supportting your local team but thats the way it turned out. My old man was a West Brom fan lol....judas !

Indicate we are insolvent yes but not yet proven by a court of law, that may well come Wednesday - but the club are obviously confident that they can prove they are not insolvent and have the funds to continue at least until the end of the season. Hence signing Tosic. Apparently in August even if we go down we will be due at least £27M, perhaps they are banking on this and obtaining further loans against this, who knows...

lol- surely until proven most of that is alledgedly ? We have paid wages late in the last 4 months but they have been paid. Did you not pay wages late when in admin then ?
