However, if we win the game and don't achieve higher possession percentage than Villa, I am not sure that would be ethically acceptable, I would feel very conflicted and somewhat dirty. I believe that is it in a nutshell, football, like many other businesses is reactive, its not a process. I would suggest that the players have little or no latitude to make on field reactive decisions that would contradict Martin's dogma.
