I think that is a moot point, if we get promoted we would need a massive overhaul of players, and Russ would have to adapt his style drastically. So, in my opinion, it would require a practically new team along with a new playing ethos

My fear is our weaknesses have been “noted” generally, so I hope Russel isn’t averse to changing things around.
