Don't be f*cking ridiculous. There have been far better teams (squads) in this league before. Leeds for one, and that's only this season. Brighton when they had Zamora banging them in were a f*cking fantastic team.

Fonte looked brilliant. Seabourne looked very good (maybe the bottom team, but you can still gauge someones general ability). Otsemobor looked a lot better than people had been saying previously, solid defensively and very good going forward (I said I would be happy with a right footed Dan Harding for right back, and looks like we got him). I thought Barnard put himself about well, looked dangerous and had a couple of good chances - once he gets that first goal for the club to settle his nerves he will be a very good player for us. He's also a lot taller than I thought - about 2-3 inches smaller than Lambert i'd say.

Three of the worst decisions i've seen from a ref tonight; Giving a goal kick rather than a corner when the Stockport player BLATENTLY headed it out. There wasn't even a Saints player within 2 yards of him. No penalty for the push on Barnard? He sent him flying FFS. That tackle on Lambert when the keeper slipped was horrific. NO attempt to get the ball at all, was a professional foul and I think the Stockport player was expecting to walk.

We definitely need to get the big cheque idea off the ground.
