  1. He was stood next to it, not hiding 😂
  2. We all know this is the case, but the idea of there being no tickets for Boro fans and 35000 saints fans turning up to cheer on Hull is pretty hilarious.
  3. Unless as an intern he wasn't aware of the 72 hour rule.
  4. My understanding is that "independent" means they aren't affiliated with the EFL at all and are instead a panel of legal experts examining the ruling and the events that are alleged to have occurred.
  5. Aside from the video that shows our players dancing around singing Wembley again ole ole?
  6. At this point it's clear that we're in the wrong to some extent, but I would fucking die from gut busting laughter if this independent panel came out and said there was no evidence of intentional wrongdoing and therefore no punishment required.
  7. 😂 Yeah morning brain fart on my part, I was thinking concessions were just disabled fans not age related.
  8. Don't really understand them selling concessions for the standing areas.
  9. Requesting to take part in the process...fuck me they're really over reaching aren't they? Although I'd argue they already are with a board member as part of the process.
  10. Wouldn't really be in his interest to do that though. It may be true but in that case he's shown himself to not be a particularly honest person. If it's not true, he'd need a pretty good reason to jump on the grenade.
  11. It doesn't even set a precedent though. How does this precedent apply if it happens mid season? Will a team be told that even if they finish in the top 2 they won't be promoted?
  12. That's not how information is presented to them from the analyst team though. Also, I wasn't keeping track at the time but I imagine his injury wasn't a complete secret before the game? Did he get injured in training or during a previous game?
  13. At those under them for causing this or with the EFL?
  14. Presumably we'd be fined alongside it to cover the cost of compensating said TV companies.
  15. I struggle with rescheduling as well, always feels like there should be another H.
  16. Most places you can pay a higher deposit to be able to get a refund, although you won't get the deposit back obviously.
  17. A suspended points deduction is clearly the middle ground and perfectly reasonable. Sets a precedent that if it happens during the regular season in the future the points are deducted there and then, and if it happens during the playoffs again it is suspended till the teams next season in the championship. Kicking us out of the playoffs is not only a gross overreaction that we should take legal action over, but also creates a problem in terms of precedent - what happens if a team does it mid season? Do they get automatically relegated? Banned from promotion? That's essentially what they're doing to us, banning us from promotion regardless of the on field results.
  18. I think the truth is somewhere in between. From what we've read from people with insight into how analysts work, they assemble the data which is then presented to the manager/coaching team to use in preparation for the game. It isn't marked with "this was seen in training today" or "they did this in a game V Norwich". So the analyst department may be culpable as a whole but that doesn't necessarily mean the rest of the club were aware.
  19. I refuse to believe football clubs would keep CCTV footage for that long, it takes up masses and masses of storage space. I work in a government building and we only keep ours for 2 months.
  20. Exactly. Not sure why people are struggling to follow this. Unless they're just in denial about the fact something is clearly about to happen.
  21. That would be a totally ridiculous punishment. As would removing us, but at least you can follow the logic.
  22. Meaning today?
  23. I think it's clear the "ticket sales must be announced at the same time" thing was a cover at this point.
  24. The photo released wasn't a part of any business CCTV or records of payments. Look, they've been scummy throughout this but let's not try and pretend this is something it's not. That's exactly what they've been doing.
  25. Isn't the business owned by Middlesbrough though? So they haven't released it they've just provided it to the EFL as part of the investigation.
