If they knew he needed to be sacked in the summer and he’d lost the dressing room what was the point in a) rolling the dice hoping things would miraculously change b) forcing a formation on him that nobody wanted further alienating the squad and wasting an entire pre season trying it out and c) end that entire period with Nathan Jones being the number 1 target to replace him. Catastrophic mis management that ultimately somebody needs to be sacked for.

Bielsa is not the answer when we have Bazunu in goal. You can’t play a high press and have a keeper that doesn’t make many saves because you will get caught out at times playing high up the pitch and he is a catastrophe. We just need a no nonsense manager who commands respect, nothing fancy on the pitch but knows how to grind out results. Unfortunately he’s gone to one of our relegation rivals.

The question SR have to ask themselves is will he keep his job if we get relegated? If the answer is no he needs to go now because we are certainly relegated with him in charge. If the answer is yes they need to have a long hard think about their answer and reconsider it.
