The divs on here are much happier with a player like Fraser that runs his socks off but provides fuck all than someone who is a bit of a luxury player and can be out of the game for large periods but can unlock a game with one moment of magic.

I agree. I think that’s why you have to start with Scienza Azaz and Fellows. It opens up the space for all 3 to be involved. People will say Matsuki did well but it was all fart and no shit. They allowed him to have the ball because they didn’t fear him. That doesn’t happen with Fellows and then you’re not relying on mistakes to get Scienza involved.

Could have had Fellows on for Azaz and put Matsuki through the middle. Azaz was only really effective in a couple of moments and we really struggled to get the ball into his feet.

Yep. Should have just been Fellows on to run at them when they were shell shocked. The Scienza injury obviously not a lot he could do about that.

Hard for Azaz to get involved when the ball is being lumped and bounced around everywhere. He certainly hasn’t shied away from it, can’t fault his effort.

Just need to keep the ball on the deck and try and play with it. They are really, really poor.

Potentially less of a concern with the quality of players available on the bench. Wouldn’t want to be one of theirs when their legs are gone and they’re blowing out of their arse looking across and seeing Fellows, Charles, Stewart, Robinson and Archer warming up.
